OWATONNA — Richard and Donna Sepin of Owatonna announce the engagement of their daughter, Victoria Lynn Learn, to Chad Allen Grams. Chad is the son of Daryl and Carla Grams of Hanska, Minn., and Becky Keute of New Ulm.
Victoria is currently employed with Great Clips in Owatonna.
Chad is currently employed with Hy-Vee in Owatonna.
An Oct. 17 wedding is planned.
