Dustin James Etzwiler
1968 — 2009
BOZEMAN, Mont. — Dustin James “Dusty” Etzwiler, 41, of Bozeman, Mont., passed away on Thursday, Nov. 26, 2009.
He was born on March 15, 1968, in Helena, Mont. to Ed and Sharon (Goodale) Etzwiler, the youngest of two children. Dusty graduated from Fort Benton High School in 1986 and attended Montana State University in Bozeman. He lived in Helena, Spokane, Fort Benton, Owatonna, Minn., however, Bozeman was his home where he lived most of his life. He worked at Brandi’s for a number of years. Dusty enjoyed cooking, playing pool, watching football, and playing fantasy football. He served in the Army ROTC and the US Navy. His nieces affectionately referred to him as Unca Dusty. He is going to be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
He is survived by his parents, Ed and Sharon (Goodale) Etzwiler of Lincoln, Mont.; brother, Shane (Debbie) Etzwiler of Big Lake, Minn.; three nieces, Kaitlynn, Taylor, and Brooklynn; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held Sunday, Nov. 29, at Dokken-Nelson Funeral Home. A private family memorial in Lincoln, Montana will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Dokken-Nelson Funeral Service. www.dokkennelson.com.
