Phyllis E. Ligouri
1922 — 2009
ARROYO GRANDE, Calif. — Phyllis E. Ligouri, 87, died unexpectedly at her daughter’s home in Arroyo Grande, Calif. Nov. 18, 2009.
She was born in Dodge Center, Minn. to Ernest (Spike) and Lois (Kincaid) Peterson Nov. 14, 1922. She resided in Owatonna most of her life and graduated from the Owatonna High School with the class of 1940.
She is survived by her son Thomas of Covina, Calif.; daughters Joan Seykora of Jenison, Mich., Phyllis Jr. (Barry) Brewster of Arroyo Grande, Calif., and Pamela (Robert) Bunker of Claremont, Calif. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as a brother Allan Peterson of Owatonna and many neices and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph, her parents, and one grandchild.
Burial will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Covina, Calif. with a memorial service to be held in Corvina on Dec. 7. No flowers or memorials preferred.
