James “Jim” David Indykiewicz
1971 — 2009

PHENIX CITY, Ala. — James “Jim” David Indykiewicz, 38, of Phenix City, Ala. died Monday, Nov. 16, 2009, at his home.
He was born March 16, 1971, in Owatonna, son of David H. and Ruth Ann (Hofius) Indykiewicz. He was a United States Army Veteran serving during Desert Storm. Mr. Indykiewicz at a younger age was a Boy Scout where he earned the ranking of Eagle Scout. He was a member of Summerville Baptist Church in Phenix City.
He is survived by his parents, David and Ruth Ann Indykiewicz of Owatonna; wife Cathy Eileen Ballard Indykiewicz; father and mother-in-law Winston and Gwen Ballard of Phenix City, Ala.; two daughters, Meagan Ann Indykiewicz of Columbus, Ga. and Camryn Elizabeth Indykiewicz of Phenix City, Ala.; two sons, Brandon James Indykiewicz of Columbus, Ga. and Kyle James Indykiewicz of Phenix City, Ala.; two sisters, Joette Scholljegerdes and husband Lowell of Medford, Minn. and Janice Indykiewicz of Owatonna; a brother, Robert Indykiewicz of Owatonna, Minn.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, at Good Shepherd with a gathering of family and friends one hour prior to service.
