OWATONNA — Fewer schools in Steele County have reported outbreaks of H1N1 novel influenza over the last few weeks, according the Minnesota Department of Health.

Why the delay in the news?
About noon on Monday, a man jumped from a Steele County bridge onto Interstate 35. Although we have the story posted on this Web site, I mention the very basics of the story to point out some of the difficulties we have in reporting stories like this.
